How We Work

We opened in 2023 with a straightforward goal: make bicycle servicing easy to understand and easy to plan around. The workshop is set up for weekday neighborhood service and clear communication.

Each bicycle begins with a mechanical inspection so we can identify urgent issues and separate them from optional maintenance. If replacement parts are needed, they are ordered only after compatibility and price are confirmed.

Our service process is designed to fit regular riding schedules. Customers can book by phone, email, contact form, or by visiting the workshop, and we provide a realistic collection time after inspection.

For more involved mechanical work, we use custom quotes based on condition and scope, with a deposit required before the job moves forward. Parts availability can affect the schedule, so timing is confirmed only after the bicycle has been assessed.
